Guests aboard
Windstar Cruises must submit identification and
address information as required by many
jurisdictions. To expedite your boarding
process, please fill out your immigration form
in advance. Missing or incorrect data may delay
embarkation or result in denied boarding without
compensation. Each individual guest must submit
the required information and travel with a
passport that is valid for six months beyond the
end of your cruise.
The
on-line service is temporarily unavailable and
guests should print the down load version of the
form and present it upon check-in.
