In the evening, fragrant aromas waft up from the kitchen, offering a tantalizing preview of the dinner to come. Dine in the romantic Restaurant on gourmet fare made with fresh ingredients and served on Rosenthal china. Sip vintage wine from classic Riedel stemware while dining alfresco on grilled kabobs and other delights at Candles, the new deckside dining option available on all of our ships. If you’re sailing on Wind Surf, you can enjoy tender hanger steak in the bistro-style restaurant, Degrees — or feast on fresh seafood at Le Marché. As always on Windstar, it is your choice to dine with whomever you wish. Without pretense, jacket or tie.
