Istanbul to Istanbul - 7 Days
Istanbul, Amasra, Samsun, Odessa, Constanta (Bucharest), Nessebar, Istanbul
A host of maiden ports await you as Windstar cruises the Black Sea for the first time. Istanbul, the storied Constantinople, is the only city in the world that spans two continents. Explore its Turkish delights from the Grand Bazaar to the elegant Blue Mosque before moving on to the rest of the sea that divides Europe and Asia. Medieval towns are everywhere, surrounded by stoic city walls that once kept invaders at bay. Discover Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman wonders that tell the tale of conquerors and the conquered. Here, too, are classic Greek Orthodox cathedrals, quaint Turkish villages, and sweeping views as old as time. Write your own Romanian Rhapsody as you explore Constanta’s historic Old Town. Relax on sunny beaches. And find yourself back at the beginning in Istanbul with more stories than you can count and a deliciously broader sense of the world.

Windstar Private Event — New in 2015
Odessa: Artistry in Architecture and Dance
The names alone spark anticipation. Tchaikovsky. Rachmaninoff. Enrico Caruso. Chaliapin. Pavlova. Isadora Duncan. The Odessa Opera and Ballet Theatre – one of the most important landmarks of Eastern Europe – hosted them all.

The venue is a masterpiece created by Viennese architects F. Felner and H. Helmer: In an auditorium that houses 1,636 seats, a whisper from the stage can be heard anywhere, without difficulty.

During this Artistry in Architecture and Dance event you will enjoy an exclusive ballet performance for Windstar guests only, given by the Odessa National Opera and Ballet Theatre. Of course, you'll be served champagne and canapés during intermission. Perhaps you'll encounter the ghost of Pavlova.
