In addition, we offer wonderful travel benefits to employees and their immediate families that are unique to our industry and to Windstar. What could be more rewarding after the completion of a project than taking a vacation on board one of our premier cruise ships? After the completion of one year of employment, employees become eligible for a free space-available cruise on Holland America Line or for a nominal fee on Windstar. That is our way of saying "Thank you!" for a job well done.

Shipboard Employment
Your interest in employment opportunities at Windstar Cruises is appreciated. Due to labor agreements that the ship owning companies are parties to with unions in Holland, Indonesia and the Philippines, most of our crew positions are limited to members of these unions. We are currently looking for Chef, Sous Chef, Sports Coordinators (PADI MSDT, EFR, DAN O2 Provider, Small Boat handling skills, downloadable dive computer) and Purser (degree in Accounting or equivalent).
