Imagine walking in zero gravity while surrounded by incredible aquatic life - that’s Sea Trek!  Sea Trekking is as close as it gets to the sensations of walking in space.  Take a walk on the “wet” side which brings you face to face with the marvel of marine life.  Your tour will begin from the gently sloping sandy beach at Pigeon Island.  All Sea Trek tours begin with a medical questionnaire and safety briefing.  You will be equipped with a specially designed Sea Trek helmet, which sits comfortably on your shoulders. Castries, Lets Make Chocolate
Once considered the dessert for monarchs and aristocrats, chocolate has since filtered through to the mainstream.  The tree to bar chocolate class at Howelton Estate features the use of St. Lucia's trinitario cocoa beans, which are treasured by renowned chocolatiers for their aromatic indulgencis on one’s senses. The class will begin with the manual grinding of cocoa nibs which have been broken down from dried trinitario beans grown on the island.  With the use of a mortar & pestle, class participants under the guidance of the house chocolatier, grind nibs until they transform into liquefied chocolate. The breakdown process can take up to 45 minutes adding in personal touches of desired flavors along the way, which makes each chocolate a unique signature bar. Throughout the class, information on the multiple benefits of the trintario chocolate is disseminated as dark chocolate is renowned for its fascinating health benefits. There is a 20-minute cooling down period to allow the liquefied chocolate to solidify after it has been put into its mold. The break will allow time for taking in the amazing views of the city, while enjoying a beverage from the Cellar Bar or browsing the duty free gift shop among other options. After the break, class will resume and the end result will be a beautiful 1.8 ounce (50 grams) dark chocolate bar that is foil wrapped and can be taken home as perhaps the most distinctive souvenir of St. Lucia.

Trekkers breathe freely underwater from a continuous flow of air pumped in to the back of the helmet through a hose attached to a pod system. There are no masks, no mouthpieces, no stress and no complications. Isla San Andres, San Andres Island Exploration
Your San Andres Island will show you “El Hoyo Soplador” (Blowing Hole). This is a natural phenomenon, (it is the islanders’ pride and joy), which is very much dependent on sea conditions. It is produced by a series of subterranean tunnels and crevices in the coral reefs that meet and come together just a few meters from shore. At high tide when a wave comes in through the tunnels with sufficient force, the compressed air in the tunnels comes rushing out the hole and natives exclaim, “hush, the hole’s blowing.’’  Experience a traditional island neighborhood in the San Luis area, a big tourist attraction with beautiful white sandy beaches that contrast magnificently with the blue and green Caribbean’s ocean colors.  Head to La Loma and visit the oldest Baptist church in the Americas and the most representative monument on the Island.  It was built with pinewood, brought all the way from Alabama. The church dates back to 1846 and the chapel was built in 1896. Many Baptist from around the world have come here to pay homage. And they say that inside the church a spiritual magic is felt that invites one to meditate.  On to Morgan’s Cave.  This part of the Tour will take you down to the famous labyrinth that opens onto an all but deserted beach.  The beach has remained almost undisturbed because it’s so hard to reach.  Local legend has it that pirates hid treasure within the cave.  This has yet to be proven. Finally visit the Coco Plum resort for a drink.

Roatan, 3-Sites Snorkeling: Starfish, Shipwreck, Coral Reef & Beach Club
Combine the perfect ingredients for your day in Roatan: a guided snorkel by boat to an amazing starfish snorkeling area that takes you to a vibrant coral reef of anemones and then continue by boat to a second snorkeling spot that is a shipwreck in shallow water. Then enjoy some relaxation at one of the best spots of Roatan, a beautiful beach or its infinity swimming-pools facing the turquoise sea! What could be cuter and more fascinating than a starfish? These slow-moving marine animals with their unmistakable shape always amaze people, thanks to their bright colors and variety. Roatan is one of the top 6 snorkeling spots to see starfish and a real paradise for the starfish called Cushion Sea Star. Although their colors range from red to beige, yellow, orange and even green, they all belong to the same species. Perfectly harmless, there are plenty of them laying at the seabed but please don’t touch them because starfish only live for a short time when out of the sea!  The coral reef with its live anemones and corals is beautiful, too.  The shipwreck is located in shallow waters, a 120-year-old sunken steamer called Snyg, its boiler is still visible above the reef and your snorkeling adventure will take you to swim around it and admire a lot of fish that made it their home. Enjoy about an hour to relax at Pristine Bay Beach Club, the bar and restaurant are available on site, you can purchase drinks and meals and enjoy them at the pool or in the air-conditioned section. Finish your day with a stop at the Sky panoramic point where you can see a beautiful panorama of the golf course, the sea and French Harbour from the top of the hill.

Belize City, Howler Monkey Sanctuary
Visit the Community Baboon Sanctuary, and be inspired by their success story in the protection of the Black Howler Monkeys (Baboons in Creole). Established in 1985, this baboon sanctuary was set up as a cooperative agreement among 12 local farmers and landowners in Bermudian Landing who voluntarily agreed to preserve the area’s black howler monkey habitat as a way to support the local economy by drawing in tourism and creating jobs. Today, CBS is more than just a wildlife conservation area. The program has become such a success that over 220 private landowners across seven Creole villages participate, and the entire community works to protect the forests and rivers. Years of grassroots conservation efforts are showing the results: the black howler population has grown from a couple of hundred to over 2,000 monkeys, and now their high numbers provide visitors with guaranteed sightings. The CBS is a wonderful place to experience the wonders of a Belizean Rainforest first hand. The visit will begin at the visitor's center, where a knowledgeable local guide will explain the project and then take the group for a small tour of the property where you can expect to experience Black Howler Monkeys firsthand, wonder at the majesty of the rainforest, and learn about traditional rainforest plants and medicine. Your tour will end with a delicious Belizean lunch near the Belize River.

Grand Cayman, Stingray Sailing Tour
Stingray City Sandbar is a site not to be missed. There are very few places in the world where you can swim with wild stingrays safely and in their natural habitat. Historically, the fisherman used to meet there at the end of a fishing trip and feed the left overs from their catch to the wild stingrays. Eventually, the stingrays gathered and made the sand bar their home. On the tour you will be given the opportunity to hold, feed and take your picture with the stingrays. Snorkeling at the Barrier Reef is some of the best snorkeling in Grand Cayman. The coral is bright and beautiful. It is rare these days to see coral in such beautiful condition. There are countless species of fish at the Barrier Reef and every day is different and you may be surprised in what you see. There are plenty of tropical fish like Jacks, Snappers, Sea Urchins and Conchs, plus much more to be seen at the Barrier Reef.  Visit the Turtle Farm for an encounter, where you will have an opportunity to learn about various species of turtles and their cycle of life. Don't leave without getting a close-up image of yourself and one of the juvenile turtles in the touch tank.
