Depart from Tanjung Tembaga port to the Chinese Temple of Tri Dharma Sumbernaga, which was constructed around 142 years ago. It has many unique ornaments on display and is still used today for religious ceremonies. From here, you will start your journey in a pedicab ride and visit City Square; it is used by local residents for activities like catching up with friends, jogging, or just taking their kids to enjoy the city atmosphere. On one side of the square, there is a magnificent mosque, said to be the biggest mosque in Probolinggo City. Continue your pedicab ride to Red Church – yes, its red! Inside this eye-catching church is a Bible which dates back to the 16th century. Hop back and head to the museum, where you will be greeted with a traditional dance, and can enjoy snacks which are unique to this area. Inside the museum are various types of transport which has been used in past times, such as cikars, bicycles, and locomotives, as well as aircraft, agricultural equipment, weapons, and plenty of fascinating information about the area. Re-board your coach and drive to Pasar Baru traditional market, where you can see locals buying and selling goods for their daily needs. Your last stop will be at a local batik workshop. Batik is a craft for which the area is renowned and the textiles created in this part of Indonesia incorporate a design known as Batik Manggur, which means that mangoes and grapes form part of the design. You’ll have an opportunity to purchase some of this fine cloth directly from the artisans, if you like, before you return to the port
