Every year, Windstar features three James Beard Foundation Culinary Collection cruises, but if you can't make the date with your favorite chef, you'll still be able to find the recipes they created served in Amphora on every cruise. Look for them on the dinner menu nightly and try them all to see if you have a favorite.
