Depart from the ship and take a short ride via tender to the small pier at Man-O-War Bay. On arrival you will board a coach for a 15-minute delightful scenic and mountainous drive to the town of Speyside to the Blue Waters Inn where a glass bottom boat awaits. Cruise out of the tiny harbor and down the emerald coast before heading out to Angel Reef. A favorite for divers around the world, Angel Reef boast crystal-clear water providing visibility up to 100 feet. Enjoy another perspective of Tobago as your guide will highlight points of interest and share his knowledge of this underwater environment. Float over 1,000-year-old coral formations. Observe huge sponges and the world’s largest single brain coral. You will see colorful reef fish and diverse marine life in their natural habitat. The boat will drop anchor and you are invited to snorkel, swim or simply relax on board. Enjoy a half-day tour of Tobago’s rainforest. Your drive will take you along Tobago’s Windward Coast to Roxborough and enter the Main Ridge Forest Reserve which is the oldest established reserve in the Western Hemisphere and make your way to the Cocoa Estate, which is well known for its top quality cocoa that goes into making World Class Chocolate Products. On arrival, your guide will hand you over to the Cocoa Estate Management who will give you a briefing of the estate and take you on a walk through the estate where you will have a firsthand view of the cocoa trees and the way they are processed for market, including the drying process and bagging for export markets. After the guided experience, you will be treated to samplings of the freshly brewed cocoa tea and chocolate bar before heading back to your transport. On your return journey back to the village of Speyside, you will stop at the Speyside Lookout for a few minutes and at the Speyside Waterwheel before making your way back to the yacht.

You will depart Charlotteville in a mini-bus and travel up and over the lush mountains for a scenic drive along the eastern seashore. Stop at the Speyside Lookout and enjoy sweeping views of mountains, coast and offshore islands. Continue on through tiny villages clinging to the mountainsides, past picturesque bays, as you learn about Tobago’s turbulent history and the fascinating mélange of people that make up her present citizenry. You will make your way to Gilpin Trace where your trained Naturalist Guide will meet you to begin your trek. The hike will take you through the oldest rainforest in the Western Hemisphere, the Gilpin Trace, famous for its abundance of birdlife. Learn about Tobago’s indigenous flora and fauna as your guide will point out the most interesting species. Stop for a break, to listen to the sounds of the forest along the way. Enjoy a quiet moment in this beautiful forest before returning to your mini-bus to make your way back to the ship.

Enjoy a half-day tour of Tobago’s rainforest. This exclusive sail-away tour will take you through part of the Grenadines archipelago experiencing coastlines garlanded with white-sand beaches as you make your way to Mopion. This is a family owned and family operated aquaponic and organic experience. On arrival, you will be welcomed with a refreshing beverage and taken on a short walk, learning a little about the history of the family and how they got started. Interact with a few family members and learn about their involvement in the development of the aquaponics farm which was established in 2010. It features a 32,000 gallon vertical aquaponics system, a green house, and an 80,000 gallon rain water harvesting tank, 8Kw of solar renewable energy PV system to power the farm, a compost pit, a medicinal and herb garden and a small café, where you will enjoy a farm to table lunch and an up close look at Gros Piton mountain. Your excursion will begin with a drive through the quaint town of Soufriere, bypassing the town square and Cathedral. Your first stop will take you to the Botanical Gardens and Diamond Baths which was once a famous spot for Napoleon’s wife, Josephine. Marvel at the tropical plants carefully arranged along the pathway. Enjoy a view of the waterfall observing how the mineral water flows into a stream. Just a short drive away is the Toraille Waterfall set amid tropical surroundings. Spend time dipping in the natural cold water pool under the cascading falls. You will be fascinated as you look into the window of another world. The 32-foot glass-bottom boat will give you an incomparable view of the underwater world of the Bonaire National Marine Park. You will just need to sit back on the comfortable seats and enjoy this narrated eco-tour of one of the best preserved and protected reefs of the world. The tour will start directly from the pier. As you head to Klein Bonaire you will hear an introduction to the marine park. The unspoiled, uninhabited island is just 0.6 miles out of Bonaire. At Klein Bonaire you will drift for 30 minutes along the reefs to encounter the marine life through the glass viewing panel (9.8’ x 2.62’). Then you will head back to the cruise terminal while passing along the beautiful coastline of Bonaire. From the start till the end you have the chance of meeting many marine creatures that habitat the reefs. The viewing window is large enough for everyone to observe the reef simultaneously.

This day of sun and fun will start when you meet your guide at the pier. A short walk along the ocean boulevard will bring you to a lovely beach, where your eco-adventure begins. First, you’ll take a moment for a safety briefing and paddling instructions for your 2-person kayak. Your stable, sit-on-top kayak is equipped with a comfortable backrest seat, life vest, a waterproof bag for your personal belongings and, of course, paddles. Off you go, into the calm waters. You’ll enjoy Bonaire’s Caribbean shore as you kayak over shallow water, filled with colorful sea life. Keep an eye out for pelicans and turtles! Two guides will accompany you all the way. The bay is always protected from the elements. Your destination will be a beach in the southern part of the Bonaire Marine Park and an exquisite snorkeling place, excellent for all skill levels. Bonaire has a long history of marine preservation and is world renowned for its snorkeling. This area is the perfect spot to introduce yourself to its spectacular underwater sights! Pull your kayak right onto the sandy beach, and moments later you will be slipping into the warm water with your snorkel gear and enjoying the breathtaking coral and the many colorful tropical reef fish. As you float effortlessly in the crystal-clear water, look for fish like blue tangs, damsel fish and wrasses. Other sea life abounds, as well; if you’re lucky, you may spot a hawksbill, a green turtle or perhaps even a seahorse. All of your snorkel equipment will be provided, but if you have brought an underwater camera, this would be a great time to use it! Afterwards, relax on the beach and refresh yourself with some provided bottled water before kayaking back along the scenic route to the pier.

Bonaire is known for its pink flamingos, nature reserves and superb diving and snorkeling sites. Today's relaxing drive will cover both the scenic and historic highlights. Board your motor coach at the pier. Your route will carry you north along the coast, past many of the island’s fine vistas and dive sights. You will pass by Lake Goto (Goto Meer), the island’s land-locked salt-water lagoon, for a look at the long-legged pink flamingos. Continue your drive across the island, passing by the fresh water well "Dos Pos" and through the village of Rincon, the oldest settlement in the ABC islands. Your first stop of the day will be in the village of Rincon, which was settled by the Spanish in the 16th century. From here, you’ll visit a popular outdoor venue with a small museum where you sample locally produced liqueur made out of cactus and lime. As you make your way to the southern part of the island, you will have a stop for photos of the salt pans – the color contrast between the blue Caribbean, pink salt pans and towering white mounds of dry salt are quite spectacular. Your route will also carry you past the white slave huts, small shelters built for the slaves forced to labor in the salt ponds.

Imagine yourself on a voyage through time when seas were full of sailing ships in an exotic land where ships were not only transportation but also works of art. The Samur is an authentic Siamese Junk, hand carved throughout with legends of fantasy and full of superstition fed by rituals thousands of years old. By Zodiac you will be transferred from the cruise ship pier to the Samur. You will set sail and glide smoothly under red sail to the beach of the uninhabited island of Klein Bonaire. During the sail the Captain will give information about the conditions at the reef (which creatures you will find) and the story about the Siamese Sailing Junk. The crew will hand out snorkel gear (sized fins, mask and snorkel and inflatable snorkel vests). Drinks will be served, fruit juices and sodas. After about 45 minutes you will arrive at Klein Bonaire and will be transported by Zodiac to the beach. There you can snorkel from the beach and also have the opportunity to participate on the guided drift snorkel along the outer edge of Ebo's Reef. The comfortable drift snorkel with the light current back to the beach along the reef edge lasts about 20 minutes. Enjoy the pristine white sandy beach of this uninhabited island. You will be at the beach about 1 hour. On the way back to your waiting yacht the crew of this unique ship will pamper you with rum punch, fruit juice, soft drinks and platters of tropical fruits.

Discover Bonaire's capital from the seat of an emissions-free electric open air Tuk Tuk or shuttle. The Tuk Tuk has 2 benches facing each other and the shuttle resembles a stretched-out golf cart with rows of seats. After a short walk to the city center, you will pass the main square. From here, we will walk to the Hotel Kura Hulanda, which is one of the most well-known hotels in the Caribbean. The hotel utilizes restored buildings and is situated right on the Harbor of Willemstad. The old labor houses have been transformed into 5-star suites, giving this hotel a historic and luxurious feel. After your hotel visit, you will walk towards the famous floating bridge that connects both sides of the city with each other. From here, you'll cross the waterway and head to Willemstad's historic downtown district. See Fort Amsterdam, finished in 1635 this fort is now home to the governor. This tour provides a glimpse of the third most important port and second tourist city of Colombia. You will board your motor coach to begin your tour. After the show, there will be a short explanation of the music and also of each instrument used to create the sounds of vallenato, and other Latin musical styles such as Son, Puya, Merengue, and Paseo. Spend the day exploring the Eco Lodge within Tayronaka Indian Reserve, taking in the natural environment and the biodiversity while learning a bit about the Tayrona culture. Departing from the pier, you’ll have a 90-minute drive from Santa Marta through the "Troncal del Caribe." As you travel along this route, you’ll see beautiful landscapes that contrast the authentic, working-class neighborhoods that surround the city. Upon arrival, you will take a pleasant 30-minute walk along an ecological path, during which you will start to appreciate the flora and fauna of the region. Due to its climate and fertile soil, the area cultivates colorful tropical flowers which can be observed everywhere within the reserve. Today, it has also become a sanctuary for the Tayrona culture which is more than 1,000 years old. Upon arrival, you will be treated to a local snack in a thatched-roof pavilion. Following a guided tour of the small Tayrona museum, you will be free to explore further on your own, or perhaps take a swim in the river. After approximately 2 hours, you’ll walk with your guide back to your minibus and travel back to the yacht.

You will depart from the port to the old city to the cooking class venue. The cooking class takes between 2-3 hours. The dishes that you prepare in the class work as a full lunch or dinner. The classes will take place in a location that was specifically designed for cooking classes. Modern, spacious, and well ventilated, there are areas for food prep, cooking isles and dining. Each participant will get his own workspace with a knife, cutting board, apron and other kitchen utensils depending on the dish to be prepared. The class will start with a short introduction to Colombian cuisine and the meal to be prepared. With the main dish, you will also have a homemade fresh fruit drink. Or you can order wine or beer (not included in the price). You will prepare Arepas and stuff them with chicken or avocado stuffing, and fried plantains called patacones. You will prepare a shrimp and a tomato salsa topping. The magnificent city of Cartagena, once a preferred target for pirates and the treasure chest of the Spanish Main, is yours to explore as you embark an air-conditioned bus or mini-bus today. You will see the Manga residential area, where some of the aging mansions have been restored to their original splendor. Stop for a half hour to explore the Fort of San Felipe de Barajas, a 17th century construction acknowledged to be the most important work of Spanish Military engineering in Latin America. You will be taken to the Emerald Museum – Bocagrande to learn about emeralds.You will go into an actual size replica of a mine tunnel and experience what mining is like as you watch the emerald-bearing veins. Then you will be taken to a special room for a lecture and a video on emeralds. You will learn how emeralds are extracted from the mines and brought to the different cutting and polishing centers. You will see the cutting and polishing machines and be shown step by step how each stone is cut and polished and you will have the opportunity to practice cutting a stone if you wish. Visit the jewelry making workshop and watch the process of fabricating sterling silver or 18k gold emerald jewelry before you visit the spacious and comfortable showroom. Then, enjoy a cocktail and have the opportunity to shop with an extra discount for you, before returning to the ship. You will head to the Agua Clara Expansion Center, where you will take a tour and see history being rewritten all over again at the Panama Canal with its expanded capacity to allow for more than double the traffic, with the third set of locks, larger and wider than the existing ones. The Panama Canal has played an integral part in history as it provides travel between the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans without having to sail a greater distance and through perilous Cape Horn. After this tour you will head to Buena Vista. There you will board a small dugout, which will carry you up the Gatun River to discover a large, fascinating and dense jungle. You will arrive at the Embera Quera, an indigenous community found on the banks of Gatun Lake, near the Panama Canal. The Embera tribe still lives in harmony with Mother Nature. They will welcome you at the pier and gladly give you an idea of how they still live today. The village chief will give you a brief explication on the history of the tribe, its traditions, cultures, beliefs and handicrafts. Then, a traditional lunch of fish and plantains prepared by the Embera women will be served to you. In the afternoon you will watch a traditional Embera dance and also have a chance to shop for colorful handicrafts. The sale of local products directly benefits the village and helps to pay the school fees for the children. You can also get a temporary Embera tattoo painted on your arm or leg, using an ink made from a local fruit. At the end of this tour, you will be transferred to the Windstar Hotel.
